Description

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to join our team in Denver, CO. In this role, you will lead the design and development of advanced software solutions, leveraging your expertise in Python to build scalable and efficient applications. This is a long-term contract opportunity where you will play a key role in enhancing tools and systems that support critical business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of robust software solutions, including the creation of sprints and defining project stages.

• Develop and enhance Python-based applications with a focus on scalability and efficiency.

• Design and implement frameworks to support new and existing functionalities.

• Collaborate with teams to improve front-end systems and centralization features.

• Utilize database systems, preferably with SQL, to optimize data storage and retrieval.

• Integrate and work with APIs to enable seamless communication between systems.

• Simulate large-scale traffic generation and address cyber-attack scenarios.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced developers and oversee project execution.

• Ensure high performance and reliability of applications on Linux servers.

• Continuously improve development processes and adhere to best practices in software engineering.

Requirements • 7+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Python.

• Proficiency in Python frameworks and full-stack web development.

• Hands-on experience with database systems, preferably SQL.

• Proven ability to build and optimize development frameworks.

• Experience in leading software projects and managing development cycles.

• Familiarity with APIs and their development.

• Knowledge of Linux server environments.
