Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Santa Clara, California. This role involves managing high-volume invoice processing and vendor relationships while ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial transactions. Responsibilities:

• Process and validate invoices and purchase orders with precision, ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts to maintain accuracy.

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships to streamline payment processes.

• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics and Excel to manage accounts payable records and reporting.

• Conduct account coding and ensure proper allocation of expenses.

• Handle Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions and oversee check runs.

• Maintain a business casual demeanor while working in a high-volume environment.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and resolve payment issues. Requirements • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable or related finance roles.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and Excel.

• Demonstrated ability to perform statement reconciliations and resolve vendor-related issues.

• Knowledge of invoice validation and purchase order processes.

• Experience with three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.

• Familiarity with ACH transactions and check run processes.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in high-volume environments.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to maintain vendor relationships successfully.
