    Executive Assistant to HR Director

     

    Job Type: Direct-Hire

     

    Are you an organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? As the Executive Assistant to the HR Director, you'll be the right hand to a high-level leader in a dynamic organization that values speed, precision, and people. This is a fully on-site role based in Waco, TX, where your ability to anticipate needs, manage logistics, and maintain discretion will be key to success.

    In this role, you will:

    + Manage the HR Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel with precision

    + Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and handle confidential documentation with care

    + Serve as a communication hub—screening calls, routing messages, and ensuring follow-ups happen

    + Assist with internal HR projects, event coordination, and cross-functional communications

    + Stay two steps ahead by anticipating needs, solving problems, and creating seamless workflows

    Requirements

    What you bring:

    + 3+ years of experience supporting a senior executive, ideally in HR or a people-focused environment

    + Strong communication and organizational skills—you’re detail-oriented and love making things run smoothly

    + High integrity and a natural sense of confidentiality

    + Ability to multitask under pressure and shift gears quickly

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
