    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Services Coordinator to join our team in Toms River, New Jersey. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a key role in managing front desk operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of office services. The role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable supporting a range of administrative tasks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet visitors and provide a welcoming experience at the front desk.

    • Coordinate office supply orders, maintain stock levels, and ensure the office is well-equipped.

    • Manage expense reports and handle invoice submission for the office.

    • Oversee coffee machine refills and ensure other office equipment is maintained.

    • Interface with property management for tasks such as parking access and badge issuance.

    • Support brokers and remote team members with administrative needs.

    • Ensure the office environment remains organized and functional by conducting regular walkthroughs.

    • Provide assistance with basic PowerPoint presentations and other administrative tasks.

    • Handle general inquiries and incoming calls professionally.

    • Collaborate with team members to address any office-related issues promptly. Requirements • Previous experience in administrative roles or front desk coordination.

    • Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with visitors and team members.

    • Familiarity with managing expense reports and invoices.

    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.

    • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic office setting.

    • Experience interfacing with property management is a plus.

    • A degree is preferred but not required.
