Description We are looking for a skilled Asbestos Litigation Attorney to join our team in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. This role offers an opportunity to work on complex legal cases involving asbestos litigation and toxic torts, providing comprehensive legal support to clients. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing depositions, navigating legal research, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in asbestos litigation cases, ensuring their legal rights are upheld.

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments.

• Prepare for and participate in depositions, gathering critical evidence and witness testimony.

• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.

• Collaborate with colleagues and experts to develop strong case strategies.

• Provide legal counsel to clients, explaining case details and potential outcomes.

• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to asbestos litigation and toxic torts.

• Manage case files and ensure timely progress on all assigned matters.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.

• Advocate for clients during hearings, negotiations, and trials. Requirements • Must be a licensed attorney with active bar admission.

• Proven experience in asbestos litigation and toxic torts cases.

• Strong ability to conduct and manage depositions effectively.

• Graduation from an accredited law school with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Excellent legal research and analytical skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to collaborate with a team and manage multiple cases simultaneously.

• Commitment to ethical legal practices and client advocacy.
