Description

We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a mid-sized portfolio in Fairfax, Virginia. You’ll manage all facets of property operations, including tenant relations, maintenance, budgets, and team supervision. You will be working Monday to Friday onsite.

Responsibilities

Lead daily property operations: leasing, rent collection, maintenance

Build and maintain strong tenant and vendor relationships

Oversee budgeting, P& L analysis, and financial reporting

Recruit, train, and manage support staff or contractors

Ensure compliance with local/state regulations and lease terms

Develop and execute property marketing and occupancy strategies

Respond promptly to emergencies and supervise repair activities

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years’ experience of property manager experience within a property management company

Proven experience with leasing, budgeting, and financial oversight

Strong leadership and vendor management abilities

Real estate license or CPM designation is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
