Description

We are looking for a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team in San Francisco, California. This role is ideal for individuals with 2 to 10 years of experience in litigation. The position offers flexibility to work from home or in the office, alongside a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in litigation cases.

• Prepare and file motions, briefs, and other legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Conduct court appearances, depositions, and trials to effectively advocate for clients.

• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and develop strategic legal approaches.

• Utilize case and document management software to organize and track case progress.

• Analyze legal issues and conduct thorough research to support case strategies.

• Manage claim administration and complaint handling processes efficiently.

• Ensure all legal proceedings adhere to relevant regulations and ethical standards.

• Provide clear and precise communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials..

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, with up to 10 years preferred.

• Proficiency in legal software such as 3M, Adobe Acrobat, and case management tools.

• Strong skills in briefing, complaint handling, and claim administration.

• Adept at conducting civil litigation with a proven track record of success.

• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California.
