    Description

    Robert Half is partnering with a growing consumer goods company in North County San Diego to hire a seasoned HR Generalist. This company is known for its innovative products, collaborative culture, and commitment to employee development. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and systems administration. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys variety in their work and wants to make a direct impact on company culture and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide support across all HR functions including employee relations, benefits, and compliance

    + Administer and maintain HRIS (Workday) records and reporting

    + Partner with managers on performance management, coaching, and employee development

    + Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle documentation

    + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

    + Support internal communications, engagement initiatives, and policy updates

    Requirements

    + 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field

    + Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems, especially Workday

    + Solid understanding of employment law and HR compliance

    + Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality

    + Experience in a fast-paced, mid-sized company environment preferred
