    We’re partnering with a respected organization navigating an exciting turnaround—one that needs a strong, strategic Director of Finance with non-profit and/or governmental accounting experience to help stabilize and chart a path forward.

    • What You’ll Do:

    + Lead the financial turnaround process, implementing improved systems and controls

    + Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for complex funding streams

    + Ensure compliance with grant and government funding requirements

    + Partner closely with the executive team and board on financial strategy

    + Mentor and develop a small, dedicated finance team

    Requirements

    • What We’re Looking For:

    + 5+ years in a senior finance role in a non-profit or governmental setting

    + Strong experience with fund accounting and grant compliance

    + CPA or Master’s in Accounting/Public Admin a plus

    + Hands-on, solutions-focused leadership style

    + Prior turnaround or systems improvement experience strongly preferred
