    Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for numbers and organization? Robert Half is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain financial records for one of our dynamic clients. This role is perfect for professionals who thrive on accuracy and efficiency, and it serves as a key component of the organization’s financial success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, recording transactions, and maintaining accurate general ledger accounts.

    + Reconcile bank, credit card, and other accounts regularly to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

    + Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring invoices and payments are timely and accurate.

    + Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.

    + Assist in payroll processing and tax filings as needed.

    + Collaborate with management to maintain budgets and forecasts, providing financial insight and recommendations.

    + Ensure regulatory compliance, such as maintaining proper documentation for audits and tax purposes.

    Requirements

    + Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

    + 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience. Proficiency with bookkeeping systems is highly valued.

    + Expertise in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting software. Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

    + Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
