Description

We’re partnering with a leading firm in the construction space to find a Proposal Coordinator who is eager to grow into a leadership role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience supporting proposal development who’s ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll work closely with senior team members to coordinate high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitations.

What You’ll Do:

Support the development and submission of business proposals and bid documents

Coordinate with internal teams to gather content and ensure timely delivery of proposal components

Assist in drafting and editing proposal content to align with client requirements and company capabilities

Track deadlines, maintain proposal calendars, and help manage submission logistics

Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure proposals are visually polished and on-brand

Help maintain a library of reusable content, resumes, and project profiles

Participate in post-submission activities such as interview prep and debriefs

Learn and grow into leading proposal strategy and team coordination over time

Requirements

3+ years of experience supporting proposal development, preferably in a technical, construction, or engineering environment

Strong organizational and communication skills

Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes and compliance requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign or Acrobat is a plus

Interest in growing into a leadership role within proposal management

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment

Strong understanding of CRM systems and their role in managing proposals.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Basic knowledge of budget processes and compliance requirements.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
