Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Riviera Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in processing shipment documentation and maintaining accurate records using Excel and related software tools.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input shipment details into Excel and Compass software systems.

• Verify and record incoming shipments, noting their destination and recipient.

• Manage and organize documentation associated with shipping and receiving.

• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth handling and processing of bulk materials.

• Maintain detailed records of inventory and shipment logs.

• Sign in shipments upon arrival and ensure proper documentation is completed.

• Assist in administrative tasks related to shipping operations.

• Communicate effectively with team members to resolve discrepancies in shipment documentation.

• Uphold organizational standards for data accuracy and compliance.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to navigate other software systems.

• Strong typing and data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.

• Familiarity with administrative office practices and shipping documentation.

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with casual attire.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Basic knowledge of shipping and logistics processes.

• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members.
