    Description

    An established nonprofit organization is seeking multiple candidates to assist with an HR compliance project. This project consists of scanning and uploading files, auditing existing electronic files for accuracy of proper labeling, and general clerical support. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and a team player!

     

    Requirements • Proven experience in auditing, administrative support, or a similar role.

     

    • Familiarity with scanning and document management systems.

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

    • Effective communication and customer service skills.

    • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including file management software.

    • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
