Description We are looking for a dedicated Collections Specialist to join our team in Westlake, Texas, on a Contract-to-permanent basis. In this role, you will manage business-to-business accounts, resolve billing discrepancies, and ensure timely payments from customers. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the financial stability of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer account statements to identify and address billing discrepancies.

• Collaborate with customers to resolve payment issues and ensure compliance with agreed terms.

• Manage a portfolio of 200–250 business-to-business accounts weekly, ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation of actions.

• Develop solutions to rectify account problems and minimize payment delays.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for basic data tasks, including formatting and applying formulas.

• Maintain and update account details within the NetSuite system.

• Track progress on accounts and report outcomes to relevant stakeholders.

• Guide customers back to payment schedules through clear communication and problem-solving approaches.

• Investigate reasons for non-payment and recommend effective resolutions. Requirements • Proficiency in accounting software systems and tools such as NetSuite.

• Experience with CRM platforms to manage customer interactions effectively.

• Familiarity with billing functions and accounts receivable processes.

• Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve payment-related issues.

• Ability to handle high-volume account management efficiently.

• Knowledge of data organization using Microsoft Excel, including formulas and formatting.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with customers professionally.

• Previous experience in claim administration and collection processes is preferred.
