Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Sales Support Representative to join our team in Compton, California. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment within the plastics manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and support.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses.

• Manage customer accounts using CRM tools to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Address billing concerns and resolve payment-related issues.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes.

• Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services to assist customers effectively.

• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

• Analyze customer feedback to develop strategies for service enhancement.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and tools.

• Strong analytical skills to identify and address service-related challenges.

• Excellent communication abilities to interact with customers and team members.

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

• Knowledge of plastics manufacturing or related industries is an asset.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
