Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team on a Contract-to-Permanent basis in Beaumont, Texas. The ideal candidate will excel in managing full-cycle accounting processes and demonstrate expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reconciliations. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and a background in accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.

• Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards.

• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Support audit preparation by compiling and organizing financial records and documentation.

• Manage the annual inventory process and ensure accurate reporting of assets.

• Utilize advanced Excel techniques to analyze financial data and create detailed reports.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for internal and external reporting purposes.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial operations. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required.

• Proven experience in full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Proficiency in account reconciliation and bank reconciliation processes.

• Strong knowledge of general ledger management and financial reporting.

• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to work with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
