Description We are looking for a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Annandale, Virginia. This role involves providing exceptional front office support in a medical setting, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent patient service. Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.

• Manage patient scheduling, including appointments and follow-ups, to ensure efficient workflow.

• Handle front-office administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.

• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as required.

• Utilize basic medical terminology to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.

• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient services.

• Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment for daily operations.

• Provide attentive and courteous service to patients, visitors, and colleagues. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in an office environment, preferably in a medical setting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for administrative tasks.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.

• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and record-keeping.

• Familiarity with basic medical terminology.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
