• QA Automation Engineer

    Description

    We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our clients remote team. In this role, you will focus on creating and executing automated test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation tools and frameworks, along with a solid understanding of manual testing methodologies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and execute automated test cases using Java frameworks and tools like Selenium.

    • Perform black box and gray box testing to identify software defects and ensure product functionality.

    • Collaborate with the development team to enhance testing strategies for SharePoint, React applications, and Azure Cloud solutions.

    • Write and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all testing processes and results.

    • Conduct manual testing as needed to support automation efforts and verify application performance.

    • Analyze test results and work closely with developers to resolve issues and improve code quality.

    • Implement and refine quality assurance processes to align with industry standards.

    • Ensure test coverage across all critical areas of the software, including browser compatibility and integration points.

    • Stay updated on emerging tools and technologies to enhance testing capabilities.

    Requirements • Proficiency in Java frameworks and automation tools such as Selenium.

     

    • Strong coding skills with experience in writing and executing automated test cases.

    • Solid understanding of black box and gray box testing methodologies.

    • Hands-on experience with manual testing procedures.

    • Familiarity with SharePoint, React applications, and Azure Cloud solutions.

    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively during testing phases.

    • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
