Description
Our client is partnering with Robert Half to find a system savvy Senior Financial Analyst. In this role, you will contribute to financial planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency and long-term growth. As a key member of the finance team, you will collaborate across departments to deliver actionable insights, optimize processes, and support nationwide operations.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze financial results and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership review.
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support informed decision-making.
• Develop financial models to evaluate profitability, cost structures, and revenue streams.
• Monitor key performance indicators related to revenue, margins, and operational costs.
• Collaborate with operational and departmental leaders to provide actionable financial insights.
• Contribute to evaluating pricing strategies, cost-saving initiatives, and business expansion opportunities.
• Enhance reporting accuracy through data optimization and the use of business intelligence tools.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Support long-term planning and scenario modeling aligned with organizational growth objectives.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and planning.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience working in multi-site operations or industrial services.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting standards and best practices.
• Background in pricing strategies or regulatory compliance frameworks is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in financial modeling or data analysis are a plus.
