Position Summary

Assists customers with moving freight outside the United States borders.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

+ Resolves customer requests through various channels of communication.

+ Provides specialty product quotes and pricing updates to international customers.

+ Secures documentation from customers with international destinations as needed.

+ Facilitates the transfer of customers throughout the organization and international carriers.

+ Communicates the freight movement activities between locations.

+ Researches discrepancies resolves issues and makes recommendations for modifications.

+ Builds customer relationships by addressing their operational needs.

+ Tracks and monitors reports and documentation from customers and facilities.

Preferred Qualifications

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ Prior customer service or sales experience.

+ Knowledge of logistics services.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay Rate: $19.86 - $22.85 per hour, based on experience
