We are currently hiring for a Project Engineer West Side Baggage to work with our team at the Tampa Airport.

     

    • Serves as an assistant to any Project Manager, Project Lead to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Manager by implementing a myriad of typically technical tasks on an as needed basis

    • Operates in the office and/or field for administrative duties essential to project delivery

    • Becomes familiar with all pertinent Contract documents as well as Project software and controls systems

    • Assists in the processing and monitoring of progress payments, submittals, document management / controls and distribution, and general management of project related office support services

    • Stays familiar with Airport Operations, necessary security protocols and Airport notification processes (i.e. SIRs, MCNs, NOTAMs, etc.) so that work can continue in a timely manner. Assists PM as needed in these areas with particular attention to upcoming work efforts that require notifications.

    • Provides open and honest communication to HCAA Staff and others as required, both oral and written, depending on the situation at hand. Works closely with PM on dissemination of information.

    • Participates in necessary meetings with Contractor and HCAA staff as needed.

     

    Prior baggage project experience required

     

    Proven ability to engage a wide variety of key stakeholders for coordination purposes

     

    Strong technical background in various disciplines associated with airport facilities

     

    Willing and able to work on-site at the Tampa Airport Program Management office
