    We have a generous retirement plan with 10% guaranteed and up to 5% discretionary provided by the company annually once eligibility is met with no minimum required contributions out of your pocket.

    Responsibilities:

    + Assist with the installation and support of all associated hardware, software, and applications.

    + Provide positive contact for end user phone and email requests.

    + Identify, research, and resolve technical problems in an efficient and timely manner.

    + Train new associates in basic computer and mobile phone skills, remote access and other core business systems as necessary.

    + Ensure end user satisfaction by providing status updates, following up, and possessing high attention to detail.

    + Utilize Help Desk management suite to document user issues and manage PC Hardware and Software.

    + Assist with documentation of PC and Mobile Phone setup, Application support, User account support, and process improvements within the Help desk.

    + Maintain accurate equipment inventory of computers, hardware and accessories.

    + Ability to resolve end user mobile device issues.

    + Explore, develop, and implement on an ongoing basis, ways to improve the end user support experience.

    + Work within and promote vision, mission, and values of BMC.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    + Requires 2 to 5 years of Information Technology work experience and excellent Customer Service skills.

    + High level of experience with Windows 10, desktop operating systems.

    + High level of experience with common office applications, such as Microsoft Office.

    + Ability to coordinate repair of Dell desktop / laptop computers and return to end user.

    + Basic understanding of LAN technology, TCP/IP troubleshooting and wireless WAN services.

    + Ability to follow Help Desk processes and procedures as determined by management.

    + Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    + Strong written and oral communication skills.

    + Strong interpersonal skills.

    + Requires experience with customer support with technical teams and the ability to interact in a professional manner with both vendors and peers

    + Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws

    + Highly self-motivated and directed
