BMW of Minnetonka is looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Product Specialist (BMW Genius) to join our team. As a key brand ambassador, you’ll guide customers through the exciting features and innovations of BMW vehicles, ensuring they feel confident and inspired every step of the way.

    Responsibilities:

    + Serve as a trusted expert on BMW technology, features, and performance

    + Support the sales team before, during, and after the sale to enhance the customer journey

    + Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and assist with test drives

    + Collaborate with Sales, Service, and other departments to ensure a seamless experience

    + Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide tech support when needed

    + Use digital tools and video presentations to showcase vehicle configurations

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Previous experience in a product specialist or customer support role

    + Strong communication skills—both verbal and written

    + Tech-savvy with the ability to explain complex systems clearly

    + Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic software tools

    + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    + Automotive industry experience preferred but not required

     

    Compensation: The (Hourly / Salary) Wage Range for this position is: $17 - $18 plus commission

     

    Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
