Our growing client, a pharmaceutical manufacturer with a US HQ in Raleigh-Durham is looking to grow their Field Service team!

Essential Responsibilities:

+ Execution of QM (Quality Management) conform documentation of quality checks on machines

+ Execution of GMP confirm Installations and Qualifications on customer site Set in operation of Isolator systems on customer site

+ Preventative maintenance and requalification on products within service.

+ Carrying out of test runs Collaboration for the operative quality assurance QCE for reviews of reports Using the process for notification and change management

+ Creation of detailed work reports for customer satisfaction and for correct invoicing

+ Execution of changes and improvements acc. to change request Care for a positive image on customer sites

+ Care for a good relationship to the customer and the suppliers

+ Care for a good information flow to all departments

+ Collaboration of internal programs and projects

+ Participation of 24/7 Emergency hotline program

Qualifications/Requirements:

+ Higher technical education

+ Allen Bradley/PLC experience in cGMP/GMP setting

+ Good interaction and communication skills Interested in technical problems

+ Customer oriented

**Pay Details:** $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
