    Principal Accountabilities

    As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will:

    + Log time and job data using ERP software.

    + Interpret work orders, flow sheets, and part drawings to understand job requirements.

    + Inspect blueprint dimensions using manual gauges.

    + Load and verify tools and fixtures; fabricate basic fixtures when needed.

    + Pull and verify correct materials from staging area per WOPAC.

    + Set up and operate 3-axis mills and basic 2-axis lathe work.

    + Upload/download CNC programs from programmer to machine.

    + Align vices and locate fixture centers accurately.

    + Submit first article and final inspections to Quality Assurance.

    + Run production parts and conduct in-process inspections.

    + Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S principles.

    + Perform daily and monthly machine preventive maintenance.

    + Communicate with Supervisor to ensure successful job completion.

    + Support all safety and quality system requirements.

    + Take on additional duties as assigned.

    + This is a safety-sensitive position.

    Knowledge / Skills / Experience

    We’re looking for a skilled professional who brings precision and pride to their craft:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent.

    + Basic proficiency with ERP software.

    + Minimum 5 years of experience in:

    + CNC Machining

    + Blueprint reading

    + Manual inspection gauges

    + Editing and writing CNC programs

    + Strong basic math skills: trigonometry knowledge preferred.

    + Ability to stand for extended periods.

    + **The salary range for this position is $24-$30. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.**
