Service Operations is looking for a motivated financial
analyst with digitalization experience to join the team in Orlando, FL! This
role supports the growing Services Operations business and contributes to
digital transformation efforts. The analyst will collaborate with various
partners on revenue recognition, financial reporting, disclosures, budgets, and
performance measurements under time-based and point-in-time contracts. You’ll
also prepare financial presentations for global and domestic leadership, ensure
compliance, and help drive strong customer relationships and performance
against key critical metrics.
This role offers excellent professional exposure, with
opportunities to learn financial/accounting processes, digital tools, and key
end-to-end service operations. It’s a dynamic, exciting position where you’re

How You’ll Make an Impact
The specific responsibilities assigned to the position are
(but not limited to):
+ Provideexpert analysis and evaluations on financial, accounting, cost, and trendreports to improve the results of the organization.
+ Supportsthe development and execution of digitalization initiatives withinServices Operations, while performing financial planning, forecasting,controlling, and budget consolidation—including top-down and bottom-upplanning, midterm projections, and ensuring compliance with Siemens EnergyFinancial Reporting Guidelines and IFRS standards.
+ Ensuresmonthly project estimate updates, works with operations to resolve andcorrect estimates, and enforces company revenue recognition policy.
+ Collaboratewith Service Operations counterparts and assist with the training asneeded on procedures that impact accounting and finance.
+ Performad hoc analyses and develop reusable business analytics using digitaltools, contributing to management decision-making and supporting specialinitiatives.
What You Bring** **(CandidateRequirements)
+ BA/BSDegree or higher required in Accounting, Finance, or a related field isrequired
+ 10+years of broad Accounting/Finance experience
+ Highlyproficient in SAP and experienced with advanced digital analytics toolslike Alteryx and Tableau, with a strong grasp of commercial operationsincluding Field Service, Repair/Manufacturing, Hardware, and constructionaccounting. Proven expertise in project implementation, contract/orderadministration, and commercial management, with the ability to managemultiple initiatives and drive operational improvements effectively.
+ Strongfinancial acumen, analytical skills, and digital literacy, combined with ahistory of cross-functional collaboration across Operations and Finance.Demonstrated leadership, professional judgment, and problem-solvingcapabilities, along with excellent communication skills in English foreffective engagement with customers, staff, and all levels of management.
+ Applicantsmust be legally authorized for employment in the United States without theneed for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. SiemensEnergy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible forinternal transfers.

Gas Services
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power
generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power
generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and
digitalization of the fleet.
