Credit and Collections Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
Team Size: 4 team members + 1 manager
About the Role
Join a dynamic and supportive team as a Credit and Collections Specialist where your expertise will directly impact financial operations and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
+ Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction
+ Process payments with precision and timeliness
+ Review and release credit holds to maintain smooth operations
+ Evaluate and respond to credit requests with sound judgment
+ Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections
What You Bring
+ 2+ yearsof experience in credit and collections
+ Strong understanding ofcommercial credit processesandcollections
+ Ability to analyze credit data and interpret aging reports
+ Proficiency inExcelfor reporting and data management
+ Experience withJD Edwards, PeopleSoft, Oracle, or SAP
+ Associate degreepreferred

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $29.00/hr.
