Job Title: Payroll SpecialistJob Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing payroll processing for a large number of employees on a bi-monthly and weekly cycle. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate calculations and handling corporate payroll adjustments.

Responsibilities

+ Process daily manual payroll calculations with precision and accuracy.

+ Manage corporate payroll adjustments on a weekly basis.

+ Handle the processing of payroll for at least 300 employees each week.

+ Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations, deductions, and garnishments.

+ Reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.

Essential Skills

+ Expertise in payroll processing, particularly on a bi-monthly cycle.

+ Proficiency in payroll tax regulations, deduction management, and garnishments.

+ Experience in processing payroll for at least 300 employees weekly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.

+ Familiarity with multi-local payroll systems.

+ Experience with both bi-monthly and weekly payroll cycles.

Work Environment

Join a supportive team with a great culture and numerous growth opportunities. The payroll team is divided into two groups, one handling union and the other managing non-union payrolls. Each team consists of 8 to 10 members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
