    A fast-growing biotechnology company is seeking an SEC Reporting Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial story of a company that’s advancing science and improving health outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead SEC Filings: Prepare and file 10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks, and registration statements in compliance with SEC and US GAAP standards Deliver Financial Excellence: Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements with accuracy and timeliness Be a Technical Expert: Research and resolve complex accounting issues, including revenue recognition, leases, and stock-based compensation Strengthen Controls: Ensure SOX compliance and support internal and external audits Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Legal, and Investor Relations to align on key financial deliverables Innovate & Improve: Continuously enhance reporting processes and stay ahead of regulatory changes

    The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
