    Job Summary

    We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Test Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cucumber API testing Selenium and Java. Experience in Collateral Review Underwriting Decision and Loan Origination is a plus. This role requires working from the office during day shifts with no travel required.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality and functionality.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects and issues.

    • Utilize Cucumber for behavior-driven development to enhance test automation processes.

    • Conduct API testing to validate the functionality and performance of software applications.

    • Implement Selenium for automated testing to improve efficiency and accuracy.

    • Apply Java programming skills to develop and maintain test scripts and frameworks.

    • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

    • Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of defects and continuous improvement.

    • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to enhance software quality.

    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.

    • Contribute to the development of testing strategies and methodologies to optimize processes.

    • Stay updated with the latest testing tools and technologies to enhance testing capabilities.

    • Support the team in achieving project goals and meeting deadlines effectively.

    Qualifications

    • Possess strong expertise in Cucumber API testing Selenium and Java.

    • Demonstrate experience in Collateral Review Underwriting Decision and Loan Origination is advantageous.

    • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    • Showcase strong communication and collaboration abilities.

    • Have a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.

    Salary and Other Compensation:

    The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $102,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

     

    This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
