Job Description
Are you passionate about connecting with people, uncovering opportunities, and driving growth? As a **Sales Development Representative** at Eptura, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales engine — helping to shape the future of workplace technology. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where your curiosity, energy, and drive will be key to identifying new business opportunities and fueling our sales pipeline. You’ll be joining a collaborative team that values innovation, celebrates wins, and supports your growth every step of the way.
Responsibilities
+ **Generate and qualify leads** through outbound calling, emailing, and leveraging tools like Salesforce→ You’ll be the first point of contact, sparking interest and uncovering needs.
+ **Build and nurture relationships** with warm prospects→ Develop trust and rapport to move leads through the funnel.
+ **Identify prospect needs** and **match them with appropriate solutions** → Understand pain points and position our products effectively.
+ **Set up meetings** between qualified prospects and sales executives→ Ensure smooth handoffs and strong pipeline momentum.
+ **Report on performance** with weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics→ Share insights and results with your manager to drive continuous improvement.
+ **Contribute to refining** our lead generation playbook→ Share best practices and help evolve our outreach strategy.
+ **Proactively seek new business opportunities** in the market→ Stay curious and creative in identifying new channels and prospects.
About You
+ **Bachelor’s degree** or equivalent experience→ You bring a solid foundation and eagerness to grow.
+ **1+ years of experience** in sales or customer service→ You’ve got a feel for engaging with people and driving outcomes.
+ **Excellent communication skills** via phone and email→ Clear, confident, and persuasive in every interaction.
+ **Strong positive attitude** and resilience→ You thrive in a fast-paced environment and bounce back quickly.
+ **High motivation to learn** and grow within a high-performing team→ You’re coachable, curious, and ready to take on new challenges.
+ **Experience with CRM tools** like Salesforce and sales enablement platforms (SalesLoft, Outreach, etc.)→ You’re tech-savvy and know how to leverage tools to maximize impact.
+ **Track record of hitting quotas** in a prior SDR role (preferred)→ You know what success looks like and how to achieve it.
