    Job Title: Medical Assistant/Licensed Practical Nurse (MA/LPN)

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. The role involves rooming patients, assisting providers, preparing and maintaining examination and treatment rooms, cleaning equipment, and occasionally answering phones. The successful candidate will manage rooming up to 25 patients per day.

    Responsibilities

    + Room patients efficiently and professionally.

    + Assist healthcare providers during examinations and treatments.

    + Prepare and maintain clean and organized examination and treatment rooms.

    + Clean and sanitize medical equipment as required.

    + Answer phones and manage inquiries when needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficient in rooming and charting.

    + Medical assisting skills.

    + Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) qualifications, if applicable.

    + Medical Assistant Diploma (certification not required).

    + Valid licensure with the Board of Nursing, if applicable.

    + Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

    + Proficiency in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

    + Basic computer skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    Work Environment

    The position is based in urology clinics located in St. Louis Park, Maple Grove, or Burnsville. While you do not need to be able to work at every location, flexibility to cover multiple locations is ideal. Working hours are Monday to Friday. Specific hours include 7:45 AM to 4:15 PM at St. Louis Park and 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM in Burnsville. Typically, 2-3 days of training will be provided

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00/hr.
