A design and installation company for HVAC and refrigeration projects is looking to add an Electrical Engineer to their team! While this position is remote, individuals must be located in either Eastern or Central Time Zones.

Job Description:

+ Design and specify (medium and low voltage) power systems for large scale capital HVAC replacement and one-off complex projects

+ Efforts include but are not limited to project/peak load calculations, one-line diagrams, equipment sizing and selection, equipment layouts, and associated system controls as part of project planning, development and construction/permit drawing design

+ Interact with a multi-disciplinary engineering team to review, define and design to meet customer requirements

+ Candidate needs to be motivated, highly self-directed and capable of organizing/planning/running multiple concurrent projects with minimal direction meeting deadlines with high quality deliverables

+ Coordinate and develop client relationships

Qualifications:

+ Bachelors or Masters Degree in Structural Engineering

+ Professional Engineering (PE/SE) License or actively pursuing this

+ 7+ years professional experience

+ Experience working directly with clients

+ Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Suite applications

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on a multi-disciplinary team

+ Knowledge of building and energy codes

+ Must be located in Eastern or Central Time Zones

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
