    We are seeking an experienced Environmental Manager to support our team in business development activities, including client interaction and customer relationship management. This role involves managing projects and budgets, assigning staff workloads, and overseeing environmental projects. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with peers, clients, and regulators and have a passion for training, mentoring, and developing junior and intermediate staff.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or closely related environmental field (higher level preferred)

    + At least ten years of applicable experience in environmental services, including groundwater remediation, permitting, soil and groundwater contamination, landfill and solid waste management, regulatory compliance, Phase 1 and Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessments, remedial site investigations, and cleanup.

    + Strong proven technical writing skills

    + Advanced computer skills

    + Ability to train and mentor staff effectively

    + Ability to manage clients and build strong relationships

    Work Environment

    This position operates in an environment where adherence to environmental regulations is paramount. The role will involve using advanced technologies and equipment to ensure compliance and effective project management. The work hours are standard business hours, but flexibility may be required to meet project deadlines. A professional dress code is expected.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $68.00 - $75.00/hr.
