    The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage subcontractors, coordinate schedules, and maintain quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee daily operations on construction sites.

    + Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

    + Manage subcontractors effectively.

    + Coordinate construction schedules.

    + Maintain high-quality standards on all projects.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years of commercial construction experience.

    + Proficiency in construction management software.

    + Proven track record of managing commercial or residential construction projects.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

    + Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

    + OSHA 30 certification.

    Work Environment

    The work will be conducted onsite in Norfolk. This is an opportunity to help start a new region for a rapidly growing and expanding contractor.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
