    Estimator – Build with Precision, Lead with Purpose

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

     

    Travel: Site visits for bid-walks as needed

    What You’ll Do

    As our Estimator, you’ll be at the heart of our project planning and execution. You’ll:

     

    + Analyze project plans and specs to develop accurate, competitive cost estimates.

    + Perform quantity take-offs and craft detailed scopes of work.

    + Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to gather and evaluate quotes.

    + Shape bid strategies, assess risks, and contribute to compelling proposals.

    + Leverage historical cost data to refine and innovate estimating practices.

    + Partner with project managers on scheduling, procurement, and coordination.

    + Prepare submittals, RFIs, and change orders while tracking budgets and timelines.

    + Facilitate communication between field teams and stakeholders.

    + Join site visits and progress meetings to stay connected to the build.

    What You Bring

    + 5–10 years of estimating experience, especially in earthwork, concrete, or foundations.

    + Proficiency in construction management and estimating software.

    + Strong skills in blueprint reading, pricing, bidding, and cost analysis.

    + Bonus: Experience in utility projects.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

     

    Benefits include 2 weeks vacation, paid holidays, 401k, and medical insurance.
