    Job Title: DevSecOps EngineerJob Description

You will collaborate with a small but impactful team, focusing on large systems where engineering rigor is highly valued.

    Responsibilities

    + Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code to provision and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure.

    + Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient software delivery.

    + Support cloud environments by identifying and resolving infrastructure issues and enhancing reliability through automation, monitoring, and resilient system design.

    + Improve system observability through logging, tracing, and monitoring to ensure system health.

    + Contribute to the long-term technical roadmap, influencing key architectural decisions.

    + Participate in on-call rotation shifts to ensure uptime and performance of production environments.

    Essential Skills

    + 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Cloud Engineering roles.

    + 5+ years of experience focused on DevSecOps.

    + Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable infrastructure in GCP and/or AWS.

    + Strong knowledge of CI/CD, preferably GitHub Actions, and infrastructure as code tooling like Terraform.

    + Experience in managing and securing containerized environments, including orchestration tooling such as Docker Compose or Kubernetes.

    + Proficient in scripting with a passion for automation.

    + Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.

    + Startup mentality: proactive, self-directed, adaptable, and collaborative.

    + Committed to meeting schedules and deadlines.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Hands-on production experience with network security and Zero Trust Networking principles and architectures.

    + Past participation in security compliance initiatives and audit prep (SOC2, NIST 800-207, EU CRA).

    + Experience troubleshooting production issues across Linux servers, Docker containers, and cloud infrastructure.

    + Operational expertise with Cloudflare services including CDN, DNS, WAF, and Load Balancing.

    + Maintaining and configuring reproducible development environments using Nix.

    + Prior experience supporting an Elixir ecosystem.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $80.00/hr.
