    Job Title: 3PL Inventory Coordinator

    Job Description

    We are looking for a skilled 3PL Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This role requires someone with proficiency in Excel, especially for data entry, pivot tables, basic functions, and VLOOKUPs. The candidate should have experience with purchase orders in a Warehouse Management System (WMS), specifically in managing POs and inventory systematically. The position involves navigating reports and systems to resolve discrepancies, without direct interaction with physical products.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist with manual transactions between our 3PL partner and Oracle, including adjustments and PO receipts.

    + Investigate and support resolution of inventory variances.

    + Provide limited support with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) issue resolution, although not responsible for owning this process.

    + Help identify and communicate inventory counts for the floor inventory team, especially when discrepancies are observed between shipped and received 3PL products.

    + Ensure accurate data entry and transaction integrity across systems.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Excel, including basic formulas and VLOOKUPs.

    + Experience with inventory control and reconciliation.

    + Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.

    + Comfortable using Outlook.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High-level understanding of warehouse operations is a plus.

    + 2-3 years of experience, ideally at a mid-junior level.

    Work Environment

     

    The position offers a stable schedule from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. The role is based in a systematic 3PL warehouse environment, focusing on data and report analysis rather than physical inventory handling.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of San Leandro, California.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
