    Inventory Control Specialist

    About the Role

     

    Are you detail-driven and passionate about keeping things organized? We’re looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to help manage the flow of materials in our manufacturing warehouse. From receiving and stocking to tracking and reporting, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Maintain accurate, real-time inventory using Snap Tracker software

    + Receive, verify, and document incoming materials

    + Pick and stage materials for production based on work orders

    + Conduct weekly cycle counts and ensure data accuracy

    + Optimize warehouse layout to improve space and reduce waste

    + Coordinate recycling and disposal of materials

    + Keep warehouse aisles clean, organized, and safe

    + Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment

    + Analyze inventory data and generate reports

    + Inspect finished goods for quality and packaging accuracy

    + Present monthly quality trends to the Production Manager

    + Collaborate with suppliers to maintain quality standards

    What You Bring

    + Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations

    + Proficiency with Snap Tracker or similar inventory software

    + Familiarity with RF scanners and data entry

    + Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment

    + Forklift operation experience or certification

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    Bonus Skills

    + Experience developing quality control procedures

    + Skills in optimizing warehouse layout and space usage

    + Strong communication skills for supplier engagement

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
