Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team at our plant location in Shoemakersville, PA. This position involves installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining production equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities

+ Install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment.

+ Support production lines with strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.

+ Perform maintenance on a variety of heavy industrial equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

+ Practice 5S method in a diverse environment.

Essential Skills

+ General knowledge of maintenance fields: mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, electronic, and vacuum systems.

+ Basic computer skills.

+ Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment.

+ Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Flexibility to rotate shifts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Degree from a Technical School or University preferred or equivalent work experience.

+ 2+ years of experience in an industrial environment.

+ Knowledge and experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, and welding.

+ Forklift experience in a heavy industrial setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Reading, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
