Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for performing a variety of production tasks using both power tools and hand tools to assemble, modify, or repair components and products. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

+ Operate a wide range of power tools, including drills, grinders, and saws, as well as hand tools like wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers, to perform production tasks.

+ Assemble components and products according to specifications, blueprints, or work instructions.

+ Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.

+ Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

+ Assist with inventory management, material handling, and other general labor tasks as needed.

+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with assembly and use of power tools.

+ Ability to operate CNC machines, lasers, and FIN machines.

+ Comfortable with schematic and soldering assembly.

+ Mechanical aptitude and strong work ethic.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Willingness to learn and operate a variety of machines.

+ Ability to read and follow blueprints or work instructions.

Work Environment

Work in a fully air-conditioned manufacturing and production facility spanning roughly 200k square feet, featuring CNC machines, a crating division, benders, saws, and more. The environment offers a professional feel with two large break rooms providing free snacks and electrolyte drinks.

This is a Permanent position based out of Mesa, Arizona.

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $45760.00/yr.
