Job Title: Journeyman Electrician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Journeyman Electrician to join our team at a prestigious College Campus, specifically working in lab facilities. The role involves executing preventative and corrective maintenance on various electrical equipment, ranging from high to low voltage systems.

Responsibilities

+ Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment.

+ Maintain high and low voltage systems efficiently.

+ Utilize CMMS work order systems to track and manage tasks.

+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including circuits and wiring.

+ Conduct conduit bending and blueprint reading.

Essential Skills

+ Journeyman Electrician's license is required.

+ 4-6 years of experience in commercial facilities, preferably in life science environments.

+ Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.

+ Knowledge of CMMS work order systems.

+ Excellent communication skills in English.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS).

+ Must live within 1 hour of Cambridge to ensure timeliness for on-call duties.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $112000.00 - $116000.00/yr.
