Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Workers to join our team in Sterling, VA. This role requires individuals who are capable of performing various tasks to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

+ Operate pallet jacks effectively and safely.

+ Perform physical labor tasks as required.

+ Wrap and unwrap pallets as part of daily operations.

+ Manage inventory, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

+ Conduct cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity.

+ Stand on feet for extended periods, typically 8+ hours per day.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with warehouse inventory management.

+ Ability to pack and handle materials efficiently.

+ General labor skills with a focus on material handling.

+ Capability to unload shipments safely and effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to perform physical labor efficiently.

+ Proficient in wrapping and unwrapping pallets.

+ Experience in conducting inventory management and cycle counts.

+ Physical stamina to stand for long periods during shifts.

Work Environment

Work in a dynamic environment from Monday to Friday, with start times between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM, ending at 5:00 PM. Start times can be adjusted to meet both your needs and operational requirements. Be prepared for a physically engaging role with constant movement and walking.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sterling, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
