Hiring Welder & Fabricators

**Location:** Aurora, CO

**Pay:** $23–$27 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Welder & Fabricator to join our team in Aurora, CO. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented metalworker who takes pride in precision, consistency, and craftsmanship. You’ll be working primarily with MIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, with opportunities to use TIG welding if experienced.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform high-quality MIG welds on various metals (mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum)

+ Execute TIG welds as needed (if qualified)

+ Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols accurately

+ Ensure structural integrity, aesthetic quality, and consistency in all welds

+ Maintain and clean welding equipment and workstations

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

+ Proven experience in MIG welding; TIG welding experience is a plus

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols

+ Familiarity with basic maintenance of welding equipment

+ Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
