Position: General Production Worker

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

•Job Overview

We’re seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team. As a General Production Worker, you’ll play a key role in the finishing and detailing of RVs, motorhomes, and charter buses. If you’re hands-on, safety-conscious, and take pride in quality work, we want to hear from you!

•️Key Responsibilities

+ Buff and paint RVs, motorhomes, and charter buses

+ Safely climb ladders to perform tasks at height

+ Wipe down vehicle exteriors and inspect for sanding or buffing needs

+ Perform paint repairs and install 3M protective film

+ Mix paint and prepare touch-up kits

+ Remove masking materials post-clearance and place touch-up kits in units

•What You’ll Need:

+ At least 6 months of manufacturing experience

+ Ability to read a tape measure accurately

+ Valid driver’s license

+ Strong work ethic and ability to perform physical tasks

+ Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude

•Work Environment

This role is based in a dynamic production setting. You’ll work with hand tools, forklifts, and machinery, and be involved in tasks like packaging, loading, and assembly.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
