Aerotek is looking to hire Several Electrical/Mechanical Technicians to work for a well known Tire Manufacturing company **. This is a Direct Placement/ Direct hire position and the facility is located in Richburg, SC. **Title** : Industrial Maintenance Technician / Electrical Mechanical Technician

**Pay** : $18 - $34 an hour

**Shifts** : Morning and Evening Shift available

**Description** :

Observes functioning of installed equipment to detect hazards, problems, and the need for service, repair and/or replacement of electrical, electronic and mechanical components

Discusses performance issues and improvement ideas with pertinent technical staff

Reads and understands electronic and electrical/mechanical schematics; draws sketches to clarify design details and functional criteria of electronic units

Assembles experimental circuitry of complete prototype models according to engineering instruction, technical manuals, and knowledge of electronic systems and components and their functions

**Requirements** :

+ Experience in a PLC or Maintenance Mechanic role in an industrial environment.

+ Strong engineering and technical skills including PLC, Electrical, and Mechanical skills.

+ Ability to conduct basic mathematical calculations.

+ Proficiency in using electrical test instrumentation.

+ Allen Bradley, Siemens PLC troubleshooting skills.

+ Required to maintain backups of programs from all electrical devices.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $34.00/hr.
