Job Title: Injection Mold Technician

Job Description

As an Injection Mold Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of injection molds.

Responsibilities

+ Position, align, and secure molds; adjust ram stroke and regulate temperature as necessary.

+ Conduct test cycles and adjust profiles including time, temperature, and shot size.

+ Manage mold/machine changeovers and communicate effectively with the Production Manager.

+ Oversee the material drying process and assist with the set-up, adjustment, and maintenance of auxiliary equipment.

+ Monitor and report material inventory levels and conditions to the Purchasing Manager.

+ Assist with process documentation.

+ Perform periodic monitoring and recording of products to ensure they meet acceptable quality levels.

Essential Skills

+ Proficient in injection mold operations.

+ Strong troubleshooting skills.

+ Previous experience in injection molding.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Brainerd, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
