Job Title: Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Technician

We’re hiring **entry-level technicians** who are motivated, reliable, and ready to learn.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, want to be outdoors, and are interested in learning how to test and inspect construction materials like concrete, soil, and asphalt. You’ll be trained by experienced professionals and given the tools to grow into a certified CMT Technician.

What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Perform field and lab testing of construction materials (concrete, soil, asphalt, etc.)

+ Assist with general labor tasks on construction sites

+ Collect and prepare samples for analysis

+ Record and report test results accurately

+ Support advanced technicians and engineers with inspections and documentation

+ Learn to interpret project specifications and testing procedures

What We’re Looking For:

+ At least 1 year of experience in general labor, construction, landscaping, or similar outdoor work

+ Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

+ Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow safety protocols

+ Interest in learning technical skills and growing into a certified CMT Technician

+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day

+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)

Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus):

+ Familiarity with concrete testing or construction materials

+ Experience reading blueprints or construction documents

+ Any certifications (ACI, NICET, etc.) are a plus but not required—we’ll help you get there

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
