Job Description

We are seeking skilled Mechanical Assemblers with basic assembly experience to build ECU units. This position involves assembling sheet metal cabinets and installing components such as coils, compressors, motors, blowers, and fans into the ECU. The Mechanical Assembler will follow established work instructions for a variety of units and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6 am to 4:30 pm, with three paid 10-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute break. Voluntary overtime is available on Fridays from 6 am to 12 pm. The work environment emphasizes safety and teamwork, with a structured break system.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble sheet metal cabinets and install components such as coils, compressors, motors, blowers, and fans.

+ Follow established work instructions on a wide variety of units.

+ Collaborate with supervisors and co-workers to ensure quality of work.

+ Utilize basic hand and power tools for assembly tasks.

+ Read and interpret mechanical drawings and measuring devices.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in Manufacturing Assembly

+ Ability to read tape measures and other measuring devices

+ Proficiency with basic hand and power tools

+ Strong mechanical assembly skills

+ Experience with turning wrenches and installing hardware

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
