Job Title: Receiver
Job Description
As a Receiver, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service by efficiently managing the receipt, sorting, and reporting of incoming equipment and packages. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the accurate and timely movement of equipment, requiring communication with all levels of employees and customers and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
+ Monitor inbound shipments by running FedEx, UPS, and other carrier inbound reports, distributing updates as necessary at daily production meetings.
+ Receive all incoming items and coordinate the movement of freight to Warehouse, Production, or Shipping.
+ Categorize receipts into project versus company-owned items.
+ Count and verify item quantities and part numbers.
+ Partner with internal departments to ensure high-priority hardware flows seamlessly through internal processes.
+ Research open orders and resolve serial number issues.
+ Audit and document product inventory levels routinely.
+ Use DSO and Microsoft Dynamics to audit and reconcile product and inventory discrepancies.
+ Assist with inventory and repair tasks as needed.
+ Participate in annual scheduled audits as requested.
+ Provide back-up for system part number maintenance as needed.
+ Maintain regular and predictable attendance as an essential function of the job.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with shipping, receiving, warehouse, and inventory processes.
+ Ability to handle materials using pallet jacks and RF scanners.
+ Proficiency in packing, unloading, and order picking tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 1 to 3 years of prior warehouse experience in receiving, inventory handling, and stocking.
+ Demonstrated experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts and order pickers preferred.
+ High degree of organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Strong follow-up skills and problem resolution capabilities.
+ Superior ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to changing workflows.
+ Self-motivated and accountable with strong communication skills.
+ Ability to provide quality customer service and respond effectively to various personalities and situations.
+ Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
+ Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
+ Capability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Work Environment
This role is based in a clean, well-lit warehouse environment, with a secure area where no electronics are allowed. You will work from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chanhassen, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
